Free and Clean
Voluntary Drug Testing Program
Church of the Reconciler
This program is offered by Church of the Reconciler as a component of the highway out of homelessness. It gives homeless and marginally homeless persons the opportunity to build the strong asset of a documented free and clean history. Participation in the program will be an asset that can be used to leverage additional resources to build the highway out of homelessness.
Participants agree to take responsibility for scheduling their own testing by certified personnel and recording their test results and participation in support activities at Church of the Reconciler.
Each participant agrees to be tested 5 times a month, at least one time each week. Days of the week tested must vary from week to week. Additional test can be requested at any time.
The record of participation in support activities at Church of the Reconciler is to be recorded along with the record of drug test results. This information will be on a personal calendar kept on file at Church of the Reconciler.
Participation in at least 2 of the following support activities per week is required:
1. Worship 9:30 AM Sunday
2. School for Urban Christian Living 11:00 AM Sunday
